Anyone that knows me well knows that I am a huge fan of both Kid Lib & Phineus II. It's almost impossible for me to not play a set without including a tune from either of them and over the years, I've built up quite a sizeable collection of their music, both released & unreleased. With that in mind, it only made sense for me to go through the folders to pick some of the unreleased tunes of theirs that I've been playing a lot over the years, as well as add in some newer and lesser-heard bits to the selection.

Kid Lib's one of my favourite artists currently making music atm, a true standout in the new jungle scene & what I like about his music is that he's so versatile in what style he can confidently produce. He'll do ragga jungle, atmospheric, dark & stompy style, ravey hardcore, dub influenced jungle, pretty much anything & everything you can think of (within reason!). He can also chop & process breaks like no other, proper drum programming and patterns for days.

Phineus II is a proper ideas man, his tunes are so unpredictable and off the wall, his style of arrangement & his heavy lo-fi sound is unmistakeable & he'll sample absolutely anything and make it sound proper ruff. It was hard to narrow it down to just 4 tunes with him, since there's so many killer tunes of his, but I'm very happy with the final selection of tunes.

I felt that since the two of them are so complimentary in sound, it would make sense to combine the two as a double EP release, big big thanks to the both of them for allowing me to put this together & make this happen, hope you can enjoy these tunes as much as I have over the years.
